Returns
We want you to love your Pure Glow and Flow products! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products. This policy helps us maintain the highest quality and safety standards for all our customers.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at cheers@pureglowandflow.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or defective products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
